Nissan to delight customers with ‘Happy with Nissan’ campaign
Rolls out fifth phase of customer service campaign in India
- Fifth phase of ‘Happy with Nissan’ commences from today and will serve the customers till 17th, 2016
- The campaign offers 60 point free vehicles check-up, top wash and 20% discount on labour charges

KOLKATA, India (May 10, 2016): Nissan’s customer service campaign today entered into its fifth phase with the start of the Happy with Nissan campaign. The campaign will run for 7 days from 10th till 17th May, 2016 across India. Nissan will host a series of camps across 147 locations in 123 cities to improve customer satisfaction.
The campaign includes 60 point free vehicle check-up as well as customer-focused communications to educate customers about the benefits of authorised Nissan service centres and the use of Nissan genuine spare parts, oils and accessories.
‘Happy with Nissan’ is a customer outreach initiative that serves as a platform for Nissan’s service team to proactively re-connect with their customers and provides an opportunity to thank and delight them with great after sales service offers. Nissan has delighted 75000 customers since the start of the campaign from 2014 (Year).
Kicking off the campaign, Arun Malhotra, managing director, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Customers visiting the service camps between 10th and 17th May, 2016, will be entitled to a free car check-up, top wash and 20% discount on labour charges. The customers can also opt for Nissan and Datsun Extended Warranty at special discounts. Other benefits include discounts up to 20% on Nissan Genuine Accessories and assured gifts.
Special engagement activity zones at all dealerships have been created to enhance the entire experience for the customers and their family members. This includes Mehendi for women, drawing competition for kids along with few community-based activities likes tree plantation, blood donation camp, Swachch Bharat drive to name a few.
