Terms & Conditions

1. Installation

  • The CNG kit will be installed by certified convertor in accordance with applicable safety standards and government regulations.

2. Warranty

  • CNG Kit Warranty is provided by KIT supplier. For details, refer warranty booklet provided with CNG KIT.
  • Warranty is void if the kit is tampered with, installed by unauthorized personnel, or used in violation of operating guidelines.
  • Warranty is applicable on private registration only and will be considered void in case of commercial registration by customer. 
  • The Customer has the responsibility to inform about the terms and conditions in case of any reselling in the future.

3. Registration & Certification

  • A CNG compliance certificate and RTO form will be provided post-installation.

4. Maintenance & Service

  • Regular maintenance is essential for the safe and efficient functioning of the CNG kit. Services should be done only at authorized service centers. For details, refer CNG KIT Owners Manual.
  • Any failure to follow the prescribed service schedule may void the warranty.

5. Performance & Mileage

  • Mileage may vary based on driving habits, vehicle condition, load, road conditions, and maintenance.
  • The company does not guarantee specific mileage outcomes.

6. Safety

  • The vehicle must not be refueled from unauthorized or unlicensed gas filling stations.
  • CNG cylinder hydro-testing must be done every 3 years, as per government norms.

7. Liability

  • The installer/company is not liable for any damage caused due to accidents, improper use, or negligence by the customer.
  • The customer assumes all responsibility once the vehicle is handed over post-installation.

8. Legal Compliance

  • The customer agrees to comply with all local and national laws related to CNG usage and vehicle compliance.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
