The developments of the past few weeks are unprecedented, and the impact is yet to be ascertained. Our sincere prayers are with those who have been impacted by this virus outbreak. Health and well-being of you and your loved ones is our topmost priority.

Taking into consideration safety and wellbeing of our employees, dealer partners and their staff, and adhering to all local Govt. rules and guidelines, some of our Dealerships have resumed business across Orange and Green zones.

Road-Side Assistance:

Nissan will continue smooth functioning of 24x7 Road-Side Emergency Assistance for our subscribed customers through uninterrupted operation of Toll-Free Helpline - 1800-209-3456. Our call center agents are working from home. Our towing trucks are functional and truck drivers are provided with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. However, towing services are offered only after approvals from local

Workforce Safety:

We encouraged our employees to work from home from the very early stages of Covid-19 outbreak in India. Regular and timely advisories were sent to our stakeholders on Do’s and Don’ts in the current environment. We have suspended production at our RNAIPL plant in Chennai from March 23 until further notice.
