You’ll be glad to know, we have unlocked our dealerships with all precautions. And as we start services, it is important than ever before to exercise all precautionary methods to keep you and our staff safe and healthy. The developments of the past few months are unprecedented, and the full impact is yet to be ascertained. Our sincere prayers are with those who have been impacted by this virus outbreak. Health and well-being of you and your loved ones is our topmost priority.
The current situation calls for unrivalled preparedness to ensure the continuity of our business strategy. As we adhere to all the guidelines and advisories issued by the central and local authorities to stop the virus from spreading, we have also taken several steps for the well-being of our customers, partners and employees. Dealer Network Activity:
Taking into consideration safety and wellbeing of our employees, dealer partners and their staff, and adhering to all local Govt. rules and guidelines, we have resumed operations of 100% of dealerships across India.
We encourage all partners to prioritise safety as per Govt. direction and guidelines. For any assistance, you can reach us on our toll-free number 1800 209 3456 between Monday and Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm while following all necessary local Govt. guidelines.
Roadside Assistance:
Nissan will continue smooth functioning of 24X7 Roadside Emergency Assistance for our subscribed customers through uninterrupted operation of toll-free helpline – 1800 209 3456. Our call centre agents are working from home. Our towing trucks are functional and truck drivers are provided with all safety guidelines along with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. However, towing services are offered only after approvals from local authorities.
Workforce Safety:
We encouraged our employees to work from home from the very early stages of Covid-19 outbreak in India. Regular and timely advisories were sent to our stakeholders on Do’s and Don’ts in the current environment. We have resumed operations at NMIPL and NRFSI – Our M&S and Finance organisations and RNAIPL – Our alliance plant in Chennai with all safety precautions and adhering to local Govt. guidelines. We will continue to keep you up to date on any significant developments.
