Nissan Little Champs

(Children’s Day Celebration – 14th November 2025)

The Nissan Little Champs event (“Event”) is organized by Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) through its authorized dealerships and service centres across India. By registering or participating, parents/guardians agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility
  • The Event is open only to Indian nationals.
  • Participation is restricted to children aged 10–15 years who are family members of existing Nissan car owners.
  • Each child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during registration and participation.
  • Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • To register, customers are requested to contact their nearest Nissan dealership for event details and registration assistance.
  1. Registration
  • Parents/guardians must complete the registration form (shared by NMIPL) and submit it at the dealership before or on the day of the event.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information may result in cancellation of participation.
  • Participation is free of charge and purely for engagement and educational purposes.
  1. Event Participation
  • Participants must follow instructions from dealership staff at all times.
  • Children must wear comfortable full-length clothing and closed shoes (shorts and slippers are not permitted).
  • Parents are required to wait in the customer lounge while the activity is underway.
  • The event includes photography, videography, and recorded interviews; by participating, parents consent to the use of such content by NMIPL and its dealers for internal and promotional purposes.
  1. Safety & Conduct
  • Dealerships will ensure a safe, guided experience limited to pre-designated areas.
  • Participants must not enter active work zones or touch tools/equipment without supervision.
  • NMIPL and its dealerships will not be responsible for any injury or loss caused due to non-adherence to safety instructions or misconduct.
  • Basic first aid support will be available at the dealership.
  1. Event Rights
  • NMIPL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • NMIPL and its dealerships reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone violating the event’s terms or disrupting the activity environment.
  • The event and its content are owned by NMIPL and cannot be used for commercial or third-party purposes.
  1. Data Privacy
  • By registering, parents/guardians consent to NMIPL and its dealers collecting and using their personal information for event coordination and communication purposes.
  • All data will be handled as per NMIPL’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
  1. Liability
  • NMIPL, its affiliates, and authorized dealers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in the event.
  • Parents/guardians acknowledge full responsibility for their child’s participation and behavior during the event.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
