2.  Cash discount / Accessories:

• Discount shown for the model will be communicated (inclusive of GST)

3.  Exchange Bonus: To claim documents required:

    Vehicle Documents:

• Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Registration Certificate (RC)
• Clear copy of Old / Existing Car Insurance Policy (should be valid within +/- 30 days of new car invoice) 7 T&C and Documentation– Customer Offer (2/2)
• Clear copy of New Car DMS Invoice (clear mention of Exchange Bonus) with customer signature.
• Clear copy of New Car Insurance Policy (Customer Name / VIN number / Engine Number should match with New Car Invoice)
• Copy of old RC transfer in Vahaan within 6 months of DMS Retail Invoice.
• For Scrap vehicles insurance not mandatory, Photo of Chassis Cutting & Certificate from Scrap Dealer is required [Scrap date to be within 12 month of new vehicle retail date]

    Customer Documents:

• Customer ID – PAN Card Mandatory (If absence of PAN, Form60/61 along with any other Govt. Proof, having signature of Customer)
• Signed Form 29/30 (RTO Purpose) will be required.
• Clear copy of Relationship Proof – In case of Relation • Individual Owner New Vehicle : The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Owner’s (Brother / Sister / Parents /Children/ Spouse) or Spouse’s (Brother, Sister, Parents) or business entity of self or spouse, where self or spouse is a Partner, Director or Proprietor. • Business Entity Owner New Vehicle: The old vehicle can be in the name of new vehicle Business Entity Owner’s (Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s or Spouse of Partner’s, Director’s, Proprietor’s )

Exchange Claims will be subject to Scrutiny & Audit by NMIPL on Regular basis and necessary actions will be taken. In case Exchange claim found NG, 2X penalty will be imposed.

4.  Corporate Discount Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is applicable on selected corporates only
• Offer can be availed by employees of Selected Corporates/Group Companies. Spouse / Parents / Children of employees are also eligible.
• Employees to provide their employer ID card for booking the vehicle
• POI offer is applicable for serving and retired employees. Spouse / Parents / Children of such employees are also eligible.
• Document Required:
  • Salary Slip, Aadhar Card, PAN Card
  • Corporate ID Card/Introductory or Appointment letter / Proof of employment for govt employees
  • Salary Slips (last 3 months only) / PPO Slip / Three months Bank account statement where pension is credited.

7.  T&C for Scrappage Incentive:

1. Customer needs to provide certificate of Deposit (Scrappage certificate).

3. Certificate of Deposit should be from Govt Authorized Scrappage Centers only. (RVSF – Registered Vehicles Scraping Facility).
